\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tColibri World recently had the honour of speaking to teams from the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST)<\/b>, on the emblematic Belval site, as part of an in-depth training course dedicated to PM\u00b2<\/b>, the European Union's reference framework for excellence in project management.\n

Enhancing the excellence of European research projects<\/h2>\nThis three-day training session brought together project managers involved in European research and innovation programmes. The aim was clear: to improve their mastery of complex projects by combining methodological rigour, effective governance and consideration of the human dimension.\n\nPM\u00b2 has become a strategic lever for structuring European projects, securing their implementation and encouraging collaboration between stakeholders from a variety of institutional and cultural backgrounds.\n

Complete immersion in the PM\u00b2 world<\/h2>\nThe course provided an in-depth exploration of the PM\u00b2 universe, from its overall structure to its governance principles, key phases and deliverables. Particular attention was paid to adapting the PM\u00b2 framework to the specific context of LIST and the specific requirements of European research.\n

Adapting the methodology to the realities on the ground<\/h3>\nThe participants worked on concrete situations from their professional environment, enabling them to anchor the PM\u00b2 methodology in the operational reality of European research and innovation projects, particularly in the field of European project management<\/a>.\n

PM\u00b2 states of mind: putting people at the heart of projects<\/h2>\nOver and above the tools and processes, this training highlighted one of the essential foundations of PM\u00b2: states of mind. The methodology places human qualities at the heart of project success, promoting leadership, effective communication, ethics and trust within teams.\n\nThis approach echoes Colibri World's expertise in cultural intelligence<\/a> and in diversity and inclusion<\/a>, These are key dimensions in collaborative European projects.\n

Stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement<\/h2>\nThrough targeted workshops, the teams explored the LIST context in order to better align stakeholders and strengthen synergies between the various players involved in European projects. Discussions also focused on capitalising on best practice and embedding a continuous improvement approach.\n
